Demsab Construction was founded on a simple idea: to do it right the first time. Since our beginnings on construction sites, we have built our reputation on quality workmanship, precision, and the durability of our projects. Initially specializing in gunite (dry process), primarily for concrete swimming pools, we later incorporated shotcrete (wet process) to meet more complex projects and a wider range of needs.

With nearly 20 years of experience, we carry out new construction work, as well as repair, restoration, modification, and renovation of concrete structures. Our team has built or renovated over 1,000 swimming pools, in addition to numerous structural works, retaining walls, stabilization projects, erosion control measures, and custom decorative landscaping.
